UI Delay While Recording

HTPC with Diamond was perfect. Fast as heck, speedy UI. No changes, other than Gemstone Upgrade. During the day, when no shows are recording, Gemstone is fast. 0 lag/delay in anything. At night, when i have 3 or 4 shows recording (at the top of the Recorded TV Screen, with red icons), the UI lags badly. I'll arrow or page down, and it will do nothing for about 5 -10 seconds, then it will catch up and jump however many inputs I did. I notice on the recording shows, that the banner is there, but the thumb/poster isn't...is this some sort of fan art bug causing the delay? Anyone else seeing this? Like I said, when nothing is recording, I have zero problems.

If this is repeatable daily then try turning on logging and then restart so we have a clean log and then after this occurs zip up the logs and open an issue so we can review the details.

How is your JVM? I have seen the (Diamond) UI slow down when my JVM is maxed out due to lots of extenders running.

Your java heap on the server should be set to 1024MB.

Mine is - I know when there are issues as I have tmiranda's Jave heap monitor plugin running and this (via SageAlert) emails and tweets me when I hit a warning (at 80% usage) and an error (95% usage).

Just wanted to update this:

My problem was *NOT* with Gemstone. I waited until I saw the freezing, and opened up Task Manager. I saw that both SSD Life and Comodo had HIGH CPU usage. I uninstalled SSD Life permanently, and re-installed Comodo. All is well. Something must have gotten borked in the SSD Life install, and caused the problem.
