Help! Channel Guide All Messed Up

I'd successfully added my HDHomeRun tuners to Sage yesterday, so today I thought I'd try to add the QAM tuner on my HVR-1800.

Unfortunately, the channel scan couldn't find any QAM channels (which I know are there, because the HDHomeRun finds them).

But, more importantly, at some point my analog channel map and program guide got hosed. For example, it thinks analog channel 2 is actually channel -1. And it thinks channel 3 is channel 2.

So I removed and added back the two analog tuners, but that didn't solve the problem. The channel map is still hosed.

Suggestions?

Some follow-up info:

The program guide is okay. If I click on a program I get the program for the correct channel.

The channel setup guide (i.e., the place where you can edit the lineup, scan channels, remap channels) is what's goofed up.

But it turns out it isn't the mapping per se there that's messed up. It's that it takes two clicks on a View button to get the right station ID displayed below the preview window.

In other words, if I click on the first channel (2), I get the right video feed, but the caption below the preview window says "-1", without any station name tag. If I click on the second channel (3), I get the feed for channel 3, but the caption below the preview window says "KNTV 2", which is the ID for channel 2, not channel 3.

But if I click on any view button twice, I first get the correct video feed with the wrong station ID, and then get the correct station ID.

I have no idea what causes this, but it surely is weird.
