AC3 audio in MKV issue

All,
I'm hoping someone here can let me know what I'm doing wrong all of the sudden. I've been using this program:
http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45902
for the longest time to add an AC3 track to my DTS MKVs, but all of the sudden they won't play correctly on my HD200. I then tried "popcorn audio converter" but got the same result, which is skipping in the video playback on the HD200.

I tried testing the file in VLC, and it work fine, as far as I could tell.

The only thing I've done recently to the converting machine, was add the LAV filters, but I thought that was for playback only.

I have run the file through Handbrake, but forgot to try playback last night.

BTW, instead of the DTS-MA track, I tried the next one "down" and got the same results.

Any suggestions on what might be messing me up??? Things to look into?? Is there a way to tell if it's the HD200 or the conversion process?

Update. It is only the HD200 that can't play the file. Played fine on my PC, using that track.

BTW, the Handbrake version worked, but I'd rather not use that, because it messes with the video.
