Where is SageDCT??????

Perhaps I'm just stupid, but I've looked everywhere for a SageDCT download or instructions and can't find anything. I've checked Downloads, Customizations and everything else I can think of.

Anyone?

Upgrading from v 1.4

I am still on SageDCT v 1.4 (utilizing the, if it aint broke, don't fix it approach). I still get occasional error with failures to start the tuner, and also don't want to get left too far behind, so I am contemplating an upgrade to v. 2.2. Is the upgrade as simple as installing 2.2 over the existing 1.4, with no need to update anything else?
