Audio issues with Colussus

WAF is dropping, and have not had much luck finding anything on the forums yet.

Had a server crash and had to rebuild my Sage system a few weeks ago. Running Sage 7.1.9 with 2x Colussus boards (driver version 29192) an HD-HomeRun

Most recording don't seem to have any issue, but maybe 10-15% of them have audio issues where it sounds like someone keeps hitting the mute button every min or so so you get a studdering effect. This makes any show with this artifact unwatchable. I have only seen this on Colussus recordings, not the HomeRuns.

Using Component cables and RCA audio off my HD STB.

Didn't have this issue previously, but not sure if it's a hardware issue, a bug in 7.1.9, or possibly the latest colussus driver. Didn't have a backup copy of the older cloussus driver I was using and can't seem to locate it on the Hauppage site. Willing to try anything at this point to restore the WAF of my system.

Thanks for any help pointing me in the right direction.

Funny thing is that the audio will be encoded to AAC when using rca audio. My system works perfectly for AC3 and the recordings that have AAC are the ones that cause problems. Maybe try the optical input and see what happens.
