Can't play movies

When I try to play a movie, a box comes up that says "no sageid found to play this movie. Please check that your import paths match on sagetv and mymovies. You must rebuild database after changing paths... Then it shows all the import paths which are correct. The mymovies application has the same import paths. Is there someplace in the mymovies plugin to set the import paths? The movies play fine from sagetv video menu. Sorry for all the questions. I once had smm set up before on sage ver 7.1.3 but didn't have diamond and everything worked fine so I don't know what is going on. Also if I set trailer paths, do I have do do something to get the trailers to download? Thanks for all your help.

By the way, I sent you a private message about the netflix plugin you are hopefully giong to develop. If you sent me a message for payment, I didin't get it because I just realized tonight that my old email address was on my account. This has now been corrected.
Thanks for all your effort on Diamond and SMM. You deliver GREAT QUALITY in your plugins which is why I'm behind you all the way to the bank!

Edit: Didn't have mymovies installed as server so reinstalled as server and client, rebuilt database and rescanned videos. No all is well.

I've recently been seeing the same thing and haven't figure out why.

I did check the disc path in the collection manager, even changed it to match case with SageTV, but it didn't help.

I also tried rebuilding the database and that didn't help either.

The only situation this can occur is non-matching paths. Please go to collection management, and look at the path to the video.

Then look at the import path in sage.

Make sure case matches, if it does, and you still get the error, rebuild the database. If that still errors, please enable debug log and submit error to googlecode site.
