BMT 4.9.11 - Unable to Browse?

I updated BMT the other day and now when I try to browse any of the views I get an error saying “Unable to Browse...” Also, the status page displays the correct system status, but the configure tab shows nothing at all...

I noticed that the plugin manager lists BMT’s latest version as 4.9.12 but no option to install it. Maybe I’m actually running v.12 but the tab in my browser is not updated from .11?

What should I do? Uninstall/re-install the plugin?

Clear your browser cache and try again. I had some problems too with IE with this.

No go. I'm using Chrome and did try IE too to see if it was browser specific. Still not working. After I installed BMT the other day I never launched the web UI so I don't know if this is a new problem or a result of the upgrade. In either case, there seems to be a version mismatch...

if you took the latest phoenix updates and did not take the latest bmt updates, then you'll have issues for sure. 4.9.11 won't be compatible with the newer phoenix apis.

You should have an option to update to the latest bmt, if not, then then plugin details should tell you why it won't allow it.

You can try to uninstall bmt web ui only and then install it again, to see if that fixes it. Also be sure to clear browser caches on a new install.
