Unable To Browse Views with BMT Web

I upgraded to the 4.9.10 release. Now when I click on the Browse icon, I get two popup message:
Unable to get items for View
Failed to get Scans in Progress

and I get a blank page with heading bar and the word ViEWS, but no data on views to choose from.

Try the following...

1. Restart sagetv server (even if you already did, then do it again)
2. Close out all browser sessions, then clear caches.
3. open new browser session and connect again to the bmt url.

if you still get the error, try removing bmt web ui pluigin, and then installing it again.

I suspect the issue will be a browser cache issue.

It was a browser caching problem. I switched from Safari to Firefox and it is working fine.

I've had it happen a few times myself... usually clearing the browser caches will fix the problem as well. (or I just press reload on the browser while holding down the shift key (do it a couple times))
