The other one I think I might know what is causing that but need to see some logs if you reproduce it again send me the mymovies logs and let me know what time it occured.
The Big poster ones occur as soon as I enter the view. It never goes away. If try scrolling through the titles I can see the backdrops change behind the giant poster up front. (for wall view anyway).

I'm trying to recreate this to get you some logs, but I haven't been able to. I am wondering if it somehow had to do with my other thread about the multidisc problem I saw. You had mentioned that the way I was using the box set was not the way it was intended. Well, it took me a bit to figure out the proper way to put the TV series in multidisc and not box set. Ever since I moved those from box set to multi disc in MyMovies I haven't been able to reproduce the above screens. I have, however run into some issue with multidics that I did get some logs of. I'll refer back to that thread for further discussion on that issue. http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50385

All through HD200 Extenders.

Yes there is; 177 backdrops for 177 DVDs so all good.

I also have the Genre folder full of genre JPGs but do not see these in the Genre view either.

As I say, I used to see backdrops just stopped working recently

Yes the extender backdrops and covers are fully populated with images.

Only Posters is empty at present (this only needs 500 points right?)

yes 500 points is what I am told by others

There is no reason they shouldn't be showing. perhaps browse the coverflow a bit and send me a log.

Found the issue as I was browsing in COVERFLOW view as suggested.

I have two shared drives.

\\SERVER\MOVIES (on the windows home server and the drive I Rip DVDs to)

\\NAS\MOVIES (on a NAS Drive and where all the Movies are moved to)

Both drives are IMPORT FOLDERS for the MyMovies Collection Folder and therefore visible in SMM.

I have co-incidentally just ripped 5 movies to the \\SERVER\MOVIES share; The BACKDROPS display for these 5 movies BUT NOT for all movies moved to the \\NAS\MOVIES share.

How are the backdrops linked to the folders do you know?

They are linked by movie ID.

Really you shouldn't have the one you are ripping to as a import if you are just going to move them afterwords.

They should show for both locations regardless. I log might help me see what is going on.

Understood about the directories. Only reason I have left it that way is so the wife and kids can rip disks and see them straight away in SMM. I only move the rips once every two weeks or so. So need both drives in the interim monitored as import folders.

SMM Log file and Extenders Properties files enclosed

Hey Plucky,

I hope you saw I posted the logs as requested; I know you are busy.

I tried changing the directories and removing unnecessary import directories and have messed up the MM Database also.

Any help appreciated:
