Different channels listed as the same station

Verizon Fios just added 4 Big Ten Network overflow channels to the lineup. All four of the overflow channels have the same station (BIGTENO) and ID (61135). The channels are on four different logical numbers (330,331,332,333).

However, when Sage TV imports them into the lineup, all 4 channels are given the same physical channel number (330). So, I have no way to tune the channels independently.

Any thoughts on how I can get Sage TV to see these channels as being different?

Those are 4 separate channels that are supposed to have separate listings... unless they really are showing the same thing on 4 channels. Since they all have the same ID, they all have the same EPG listings.

You could remap them to manually added channels with any made-up station ID you want, but then you wouldn't get listings, though they would at least be listed separately in the guide & you could set up timed recordings. You could also just try remapping the channels to see if there happens to be the correct station names to map them to somewhere in the list of station; I doubt it, but it might be worth checking.

Anyway, you need to look at this FAQ & report it to SageTV so they can report it to Zap2it:

My Program Guide is listing incorrect info for some channels and/or shows. I am using the built-in data which comes from Zap2It. Is there some way to see about getting this fixed?

Thanks. That's along the lines of what I was thinking. Given that there is probably only 30 hours of programming per year on those stations, I'm doubtful they have unique IDs. But maybe this will change closer to football season.

I'll check in with Zap2it.

Thanks!
