Stupid General Use Playback Resume Question

Ok, I am embarrassed to ask this stupid question, but I can't find the answer in the manual or a quick search.

How do you enable/disable resume. Right now my Sage resumes from the last point of any movie I played regardless if I turn off my NAS or the Sage HD200.

So If the movie is in the middle, I can't easily tell it to start from the beginning without holding fast rewind. But if I rewind too fast, the Video locks up while the audio plays. I've tried Double tapping the rewind, stopping and starting, no luck. I just want to be able to start a movie from the beginning whenever I want to.

Mark it Watched and it will start over from the beginning next time you play it. As long as it's not marked Watched, Sage assumes you want to pick up where you left off.

There is a great Multi Function Stop plug-in which lets do this (Stop-Rewind goes to the beginning). It also lets you easily stop a recording in progress.
