Remote No Longer Working After PVR-1600 Install
I have a HD-PVR running well for the past 4 months or so. I just added a Hauppauge PVR-1600, and in the installation process it somehow broke the remote functionality. I'm using a Hauppauge 45 button remote. Can anyone guide me on how to fix it?

See this FAQ. Also, the IR receiver the Hauppauge software chooses to use may be on either tuner, so if one doesn't work, try using the other.
