Directv serial control stopped working after HD PVR install

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me with this issue, a couple Of days ago I bought a HD PVR, I was already running a 1600 for Qam and was using the Svideo Input for My LD lss-3200 Directv receiver everything worked at that time on sage 6.4. after installing the and then uninstalling the HD PVR (I gave up on it) I had to do a HWclear and reinstall the 1600 drivers to get everything working again. But the serial control does not work it installed as far as I can tell its an option in the source details with the right com port. I can run directv.exe from the command line and it works but sage wont use it. the only thing I can find that seems odd is if you choose remote control options from the source details setup menu the options are digits per channel -1 delay between codes -1 and delay between channel change Null msec.Now I know I could set these before but when I try it takes the digit but doesn't change.
Does anybody know if theres a config file so can change these manually?

Hi, did you find a solution to the digits per channel -1 problem yet. I seem to have the same problem. I was trying to install the new caller id xml and when i restarted sage I seem to have lost all my properties for sagemc and all my remote codes. I got my codes re-learned and sagemc all set back up but I still have this problem where I cant change the digits per channel off of -1. So it wont let my usbuirt change my dish boxes channel.
