"no data" for HD channels

I know this is an easy fix but I can't seem to figure it out. On my HVR-2250 tuners, it shows "no data" for the HD channels. All the SD channels are fine. How do I get the data to show up?
Thanks

What that other topic boils down to is: check the station mappings for your channels in Channel Setup. There's a new section in the v6.5 PDF manual called "Remapping Stations for EPG data using ATSC or QAM Digital Tuners", starting on p. 164.

I've repeated this scenario about a half-dozen times now. I set up my HVR-2250 tuners 1 + 2 for OTA Digital HDTV and tuners 3-6 (also HVR-2250) for analog cable.

The analog cable EPG is immediately available. All of the local OTA HD stations have NO DATA until 24 hours later (and a reboot or two), and then they are fully populated.

I've used the 4.8a drivers and the latest BETA from the website with the same results.

I have not tried QAM (since I'm not currently going to use it) other than to know it shows NO DATA immediately after being set up.

Did you remap the channels to the proper stations, as described in the SageTV PDF manual reference I posted above? It sounds like the channels have not been remapped and the EPG data is coming from the broadcast stream.

No, I didn't. They are self-populating (correctly) after about 24 hours (OTA signal). I'm not sure if reboots have anything to do with it or not. This was just an FYI, not a request for help.

Well, if they aren't mapped to the Zap2it channels & you are in the US or Canada, then you'll be better off taking the time to map them. The EPG data in the broadcast is only for the next day or 2 and isn't usually as detailed as what Zap2it provides.
