DVD Aspect Ratio Forces Widescreen

I ripped my dvd using dvd fab, and when I play it directly from my server in WMP, it displays in 4:3 just fine. However, when I play it through my extender, it wants to display it wide.

I have the settings in the main settings menu set to "source" The only way to fix it is to go to the aspect ratio settings while the
dvd is playing and select "fill" and then back to "source". Even this doesn't fully work as the menu options are then all out of wack.

Anyone know the trick to get Sage to recognize 4:3 dvds?

That is a known bug (I, and others, have reported it before) with the extenders. They always start playing DVDs in "FILL" aspect and the menu overlays don't adjust when you toggle between aspect modes.
