V6.36 seek FFW/RW jumps to wrong place

Since upgrading to V6.36, any HD recordings I do via firewire do not work with FFW/RW. Instead of a 10 second or 2:30 jump, it jumps to somewhere else in the show, could be forwards or backwards. If I allow the show to play, no FFW/RW it plays fine, but I can't jump past commercials. Has anyone else noticed this behavior and possibly have a suggestion?

Is this with an MVP, client, server or HD-100? Or does it matter? I know that I had similar problems with the MVP. Except mine you jump ahead and it jumps back to to the same spot in the recording. Also, letting it play works fine. Seems to be fixed in a later RC but later release clients seem to have caused bigger problems for me. (lockups)

nope it's on the server. The mpgs seem to be damaged. running them through videoredo quickstream fix does fix them, but I don't want to have to run every show through Videoredo. I have also tried the hauppauge reg fix for this, to no avail.
