Sage Recording In The Import Directory - Wrong Place
I've seen this before and I'm not sure if it's a wiz.bin corruption but here's my situation:
I have a file as follows: \\server1\sharedZ\VideoMain\OprahWinfrey-3968493-0.mpg it is showing up in my video import directory. However, that unc path is for my Sage recordings and my import video directory is \\server1\sharedC\VideoArchives So - this Oprah should be in my Sage Recordings and it is not. Sage recordings currently shows 8 recordings and there should be 9. Is there some way to put it where it belongs. I'm not even sure how or why it is showing up in my import directory because my import directory is not at all mapped to sharedZ. Thanks, Mike |

I have the same problem... All my recordings seem to be showing up as Imported Videos, even though I have deleted all import directories and refreshed it.

If a video file in a recording directory is not recognized as a recording, then it will be imported.
Why would a recording not be recognized as a recording? Among possible reasons: because a new wiz.bin was created & old recordings won't be recognized in such a case, or because recordings were moved to some other location & SageTV hasn't been able to figure out the recording really isn't in the old location for whatever reason. Other reasons may be possible too, so don't take those as the only 2 cases. - Andy
