SageTV v9.2.2 Installation issue

Hi Folks:
I have been using SageTV v7 for many years and recently built a new Windows 10 system and went to install v9.2.2 Installation went well until I tired to get my USB-UIRT working - sage kept giving a message that it could not locate the port. Read somewhere that I should install the drivers that come with the SageTV install. Uninstalled sageTV then went to reinstall it and selected the checkbox for the USB-UIRT drivers. The install completed, but the SageTV server was not actually installed (no icon on desktop and no reference in the programs list, SageTV client could not find it.)Uninstalled everything and tried again. Now the SageTVsetupx64 file fails the set up with a 2743 error code - fatal error, package may be damaged. Re-downloaded the package and tried again - same result. Short of completely reloading windows 10 again, has anyone encountered this problem and found a fix?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
