Radical Channel Lineup Change not syncing

My local cable company was acquired by yet another company - and they decided to move a TON of my channels around this week. Schedules Direct got the lineup corrected on their end (I've verified it on their website , but it's not reflecting the lineup changes in SageTV. I tried disabling and enabling channels in channel setup (which I thought was supposed to resync the EPG data) and even removed the lineup completely and added it back in.
This is what I get for thinking just last week how reliable my system had been lately since moving to OpenDCT. It also appears the new owners are using HDCP on the premium channels too.

Any ideas why my EPG won't update?

Have you tried force updating the EPG? I know you can do it with the web interface. If you bring up the default web interface page, almost at the bottom there is a "Program Guide" section. There is a "Force EPF Update" button you can press to immediately update the EPG.

I'm sure there must be a way to do it with a local interface, but I haven't looked into it.

Using CQC to control it all
