After channel lineup change, USBUIRT is tuning wrong channel

A couple months ago, the TWC channel lineup was changed. Previously, all the channels I used were above 1000. Now most of the HD channels are between 100 and 1900.

The USB-UIRT is associated with the HD-PVR for tuning the cable box.
In Setup Video Sources, The Tuner Control Options / Remote Control options are this:
Digits per channel 4
Channel Change Prefix SEL
Confirm Code None
Delay between code 400mS
Delay bt chan change 800mS
IR blastr repeat fact 3

For most channels I can see the cable box display the codes. For 123, I see 0-1-2-3.

However there are a few channels in the 200's that start with a leading 1 instead of a leading zero. For channel 286, for example, I can see the cable box tune to 1-2-8-6.

Even though I use some channels above 1000, I changed "Digits per Channel" to 3 just as a test. After that change, I still see an attempt to tune to channel 286 appear on the cable box as 1-2-8-6.

Any idea why this would happen? Where do I fix it? This could have been a problem for years, as I never used channels in this range before now.

When you change the IR file - sage is kind of funny about that and doesn't always read the file right away. I find sometimes I have to change it to another file and then back to the original IR file again and sometimes I even have to stop and start the sage service.

Have you tried entering in test codes in Sage? There's a place in setup where sage allows you to test the IR by entering in channel numbers. You can try entering a number to see if you can tune the box to that channel number. I'm not sure what kind of cable box you have but I have mine set to three numbers and the only problem I have every week or so is the stupid boxes turn off. I think there is probably something in the cable box settings somewhere where I can tell it not to do this but it's not a super high priority because I have other encoders for the basic 2-13 which is where a lot of channels are recorded and I can easily glance at the cable box and if it shows the channel number I know it is on and if it shows the time I know it's off.
