WinTV HVR 1265

Did some searches and didn't find anything. Has anyone tried a HVR-1265 with Sagetv? I'm looking for alternatives to 2250's that can do both ATSC and NTSC. I'm hoping to run 6 of these with 3 doing NTSC and 3 doing ATSC.

Tuners are a work in progress

I see you after 6 ATSC OTA tuners and 6 NTSC SD cable tuners
A pair of quadHD Tuner so work nicely here that give you 8 ATSC OTA tuners and 4 NTSC Analog Antenna/Cable tuners.
But I should point out the HVR-1265 & quadHD reg soft encoder codec which I'm not sure is even support under v9.
It maybe still possible but I think SageTV had at one time supported the Hauppauge Soft MCE driver which I think is still there, sorry I don't have an RF Modulator with Channel 3/4 switch (S‑Video/Composite & Stereo Audio) to test that with.

My NTSC source is standard-def cable TV. SO the Quad tv cards has 2 NTSC tuners per card? I didn't realize they supported NTSC at all. So I could use all 8 ATSC tuners and 4 NTSC tuners at the same time?

Yes the Quad tv cards only has 2 NTSC tuners per card
No you can not used all at same time a max of 4 in any combination, for example
2 ATSC + 2 NTSC
3 ATSC + 1 NTSC
Get it
