WinTV-PVR-USB 2.0 vs WinTV-PVR-500MCE

Going to add another turner to my system but I'm out of PCI slots.

PQ is very very important to me, so which of the two Hauppauge products offer the best picture quality or is it a wash ?

I have both and I would say it is a wash.
