Another MKV playback issue thread

I had a SageTV Client PSU fail on me, and in the process of replacing it, I decided to swap the HDD with a SSD.

I did my normal installation steps for my clients, OS (win7) > Updates > DivX codec pack > SageTV 7 > in-app SageTV Updates > set client Video/Audio settings. After all said and done, all my records shows appear to be working fine, and the majority of my imported media does as well. However, I have come across a couple seasons of TV shows that are in MKV h264 containers that when playback is attempted, I only receive a black screen with the SageTV player overlay saying its playing, but not progressing further into the show.

The only differences between the MKVs that work and dont work according to MediaInfo is that with the files that don't work, contain a second audio stream for 5 Channel AC-3. The first audio stream on both are 2-channel AAC(LC)

I have run threw re-installing codec packs (trying others like shark007and LAV), re-configuring Video/Audio settings several times and unable to make progress on the issue.

Graphstudio show the same results as another client that is able to play the files, and when testing the files on the problematic client in Graphstudio it plays back without issue.

Video/Audio settings that I have set and confirmed working on other builds are:

H.264 Video Decoder Filter: DivX H.264 Decoder
VC-1 Video Decoder Filter: Default
Media Player for non-MPEG Files: SageTV Player
Audio Renderer: Default
MPEG2 Audio Decoder Filter: SageTV MPEG Audio Decoder
HD Audio Decoder Filter: Default
HD Audio Output: Disabled

Does anyone have any tips, or suggestions on where to look next?
