eHome Infrared Receiver USBCIR

Hello, I am using what is the title the eHome Infrared Receiver USBCIR. I am having a problem with the IR blaster with this equipment. I can use the remote the correct way except when I go to change the channel. I do not get a response out of the blaster. I looked and looked over the forums for something that will help me but nothing has helped. It is a HP 2 channel transmitter and receiver. I have two set top boxes which the reason I have two blasters. How do I configure the software to make the blasters work?

Ok well I found sorting l something that works for me. It I'd called LM. I did have sometime point me in the right direction and I've got some bugs to work out but found this third party software that works great, note the fact I still got some bugs to work out, but it is working. When I get home later I'll post the web site, but this software is named LM. Works great when you get it going, and the set up is fairly simple.
