Added HBO and still have 'no data' in EPG

Hey all, I got notice from Verizon that I had HBO complimentary for the rest of the summer, so I added the HBO channels in Sage, and after a week or so, it's still showing as 'no data'. Any ideas what I should do here? All other channels seem to be updating OK.

Check Zap2it.com for your territory and provider, and make sure that your channel mapping in Sage matches the correct channel number.

Hmmm, just double checked and the lineup is right, btu now I have NO Data for ANYTHING!!?!?! Any ideas?? Is the stock EPG still working, or should I be using an addin that I didn't hear about?

This part usually fixes it;

"Close down SageTV and the service and open up your Sage.properties file. Try removing all the properties from the that file that have the string 'server_update_id' or 'expanded_until' in them. Now run SageTV again."

Thanks guys, turns out it was a DNS problem! Got two 'couldn't update EPG' errors, but not consistently so I didn't even look in that direction. Got it all set now.
