My schedule is showing "No Data" for some channels starting on May 29th and going forward. Do I need to do the FAQ fix or is something still wrong?

Mine is showing the same. Strangely, I had all this data just a day or two ago.
What's happening with the EPG service right now? |

Did you do a search for the phrase "no data?"
Missing 9 programs on the 29th and about 18 on the 30th. All the missing channels occur on channels also available via OTA (of course they are also available on cable). |

This is progressing from bad to worse - today I got the dreaded;
The lineup "Time Warner Cable Digital - Milwaukee" no longer exists on the EPG server. Updates to this lineup will no longer occur. In the troubleshooting for this issue, I had initially gone into the properties file to remove the values that Andy had mentioned without any resolution to the original issue. Do I really need to delete the lineup entirely at this point? What impact does this have on Favorites and other tuners using the same lineup? |

Sorry for the delayed response, but it turns out there is another issue that is being looked into.

My OTA zipcode based lineup is having the same issue now. Just confirming that it's everywhere.

This should be repaired as of yesterday evening.
If there are gaps in your EPG data, then it can be repaired by following the instructions in the first Q of this FAQ post. And, if there are no gaps, you don't need to do that. Andy

I still had those old gaps mentioned earlier in the thread, so using the link from Andy, I cleared the values mentioned;
"Close down SageTV and the service and open up your Sage.properties file. Try removing all the properties from the that file that have the string 'server_update_id' or 'expanded_until' in them. Now run SageTV again." (to clarify, I did not delete those line entries, rather I cleared all the values that followed the "=" sign) and the gaps are now filled, and the EPG appears to be properly populated once again. Thank you to whomever fixes this stuff. |

I have a slightly different problem, I've moved to a new state and am trying to setup a new lineup. When searching by zip, I get no results at all. I've fully dropped the firewall on both the machine and the router, but no luck. I've been trying on and off for a week or so. the zap2it website does have data for my zip, but I get no option to select a service provider. It's just blank. Is this in any way related to the problems some folks were having here with No Data messages?
