IR Remote - Global Programing for Clients

Hello,

I have multiple clients throughout my house and I would like to start switching over to a different remote than the one provided with the HD200/300.

The clients can receive and understand all of the new remote signals and I can program the commands from the setup menu. However, when I program the remote it is only for that individual HD200/300.

Is there a way for me to program the remote commands so it is global? Would this be a case of copying and pasting the remote settings from one client properties file to the next or is there an easier way?

taking entries out of sageclient.properties is easiest (and fast)

in fact, you might want to simply use the same sagetvclient.properties file for each (unless they are configured differently)

Unfortunately I can't use the same properties file. The video settings and overscans are different for each TV and it was a headache one I tried that once.

However, it won't be difficult to copy and paste the IR code section for all my extenders. Thanks for confirming what I figured I had to do.
