Stupid question, so STVi need importing?

This is probably a stupid question, but I seem to recall something about importing STVi's into the SageMC.xml to add plugins. The in app plugin browser is a big improvement over how it used to be, but I assume if its importing STVi's its going into SaveTV7.xml, right?

So do I have to manually import stvi's into gemstone.xml?

No importing that's old school V6, V7 uses the plugin repository from the main settings menu.

Awesome thanks Jorton! Does gemstone.xml have to be loaded when a plugin is installed? I installed a bunch of other plugins along with gemstone before reloading Sage.

First install the Gemstone plugin which privides a small stub that offers a GEMSTONE menu on the Main Menu... select that item which basically loads the Gesmtone.xml.

All other plugins you select within the SageTV plugins manager will load into the Gemstone.xml automagically (if they are compatible... most should be but not all).

You should NEVER really need to manually load an STVi anymore.
