HD PVR drivers wont install issue

Hello i just got the pvr and it wont install on my Toshiba Equium my pc specs are below i checked before purchase and i swear i have all the correct specs am running windows vista 32 bit upgraded from xp ive read this could be the issue so while i wait for reply am going to do a full clean and format instead of upgrade.
