help - video library view by folder

After a recent rebuild (or crash, I can't be sure when it started), the sorting in my video library has changed. I've always used the folder view, and before the change, the listing would intersperse .avi's, DVD's, .mkv's etc, sorted by title. Now, though I'm still using the folder view, the listing sorts them first by format, putting all the DVD video together at the bottom.

Anybody know how I can change this back? (My toddler thinks half her shows have disappeared.)

Go to menu options and change it from combined view to separate.

Thanks for the reply. That separates my previously merged folders (as you know). I've got several folders named "video" on different drives that I'd like merged into just one... which was the case before.

Even when they're separated however, inside it still lists avi's first and ripped DVDs at the end. So, no change.
