Folder Support in Video Library?

Just installed the beta and so far it looks nice. However, I remember months ago that support for folders in the video library was going to be added. When you have several hundred meg of divx and xvid movies it can get very annoying scrolling for days to find a movie when they are already organized in appropriate directories.

Is it possible to have directories in the video library?

9. Add Folder or Grouping support to Library and SageRecordings

I don't know if they only mean Library in the sense of archived shows created by SageTV or not, but this was in the release notes.
