Sage is deleting Media Files for no reason!

Hi,

Just upgraded from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9 since it sounds like it's the "final". Anyway. Last night. Sage decided it would delete Masterchef AND Flashpoint (day before on Sunday) for no reason at all:

Code:
Mon 7/4 21:00:22.797 [PooledThread@814b1b] Added:Wasted[id=2105453 Airing=A[2093126,2086513,"MasterChef",42945@0704.20:00,60]]
Mon 7/4 21:00:22.859 [PooledThread@814b1b] Deleted media segment file I:\TV Shows\MasterChef-Top14Compete-2093126-0.mpg dtime=60 len=6519231275
Mon 7/4 21:00:22.897 [Carny@38ebc3] Carny got a Wasted job of A[2093126,2086513,"MasterChef",42945@0704.20:00,60]
Mon 7/4 21:00:25.571 [Carny@38ebc3] CARNY Processing 1894 Agents & 6658 Airs
The file is 6.5GB and is only 1 segment, yet it decided to delete it. With nothing like "failed media check" etc...

6.5GB is the perfect filesize for OTA on WUTV, deleted 25 seconds after it was over.

I see that SageTV also deleted Flashpoint as well on Sunday:
Code:
Sun 7/3 21:01:59.940 [PooledThread@1834bbf] Added:Wasted[id=2105345 Airing=A[2089620,67072,"Flashpoint",44784@0702.20:00,60]]
Sun 7/3 21:01:59.976 [Carny@38ebc3] Carny is stopping processing early to do a new job...
Sun 7/3 21:01:59.977 [Carny@38ebc3] Carny got a Wasted job of A[2089620,67072,"Flashpoint",44784@0702.20:00,60]
Sun 7/3 21:02:00.046 [PooledThread@1834bbf] Deleted media segment file I:\TV Shows\Flashpoint-2089620-0.mpg dtime=105 len=8379374737
8.3GB is the perfect filesize for OTA on CTV. Also 1 segment - deleted 2 minutes after it was over...

In both cases no reason was given why the file was deleted. It just deleted out of the blue to nuke them. Any idea what may cause this? Should I back out to 7.1.7? Either of these favorites are set to auto-delete

I would! I thought it had deleted one of my imported videos after it completed. Oh no! When it returned to the menu it was no longer there. I looked in the file system and it was still there. After I restarted the client the video was back. I was using the SageTV3.xml at the time. I had not read anywhere that the old stv had been depreciated just that it wouldn't support new stuff.

The RC is not ready for prime time.

Just an update,

Since I noticed a bunch of shows being deleted. For no apparent reason I have backed out 7.1.9.

We also noticed some laggy/slow menus as well (last night) it seemed fine on Sunday. I upgraded Saturday night from 7.1.7 to 7.1.9

I just noticed this same issue happEned to me tonight. Exact same message in the log file "carny got a wasted job ....". In my case the recording finished, did its automatic conversion, deleted the original, and then it decided to delete the converted file.
