Two feature requests: Cyrillic in on-screen keyboard and side panels color

Hello,

I'm probably too late for the current beta, but these are the two issues that are bugging me for quite some time:

1. Configurable foreign (non-Latin) additional character set for on-screen keyboard on extenders. Currently there is no way (unless I totally missed it) to use non-latin characters (e.g. Cyrillic, Hebrew, etc.) with the on-screen keyboard. The most obvious reason for this to be implemented is online video search function: most of YouTube videos posted by non-English speakers have non-English names. And without this feature they are close to impossible to find

2. Configurable color of side bars / top/bottom bars on extenders. This is very important for plasma owners, where every time you watch 4:3 material on 16:9 TV set with source AR, you have those black bars at the sides. Or, with 2.35:1 movies, you will have black bars on the top and bottom. This is leaving traces on TV screen, which is not good at all!
Many Plasma TVs have settings where you can set the color of those bars. I believe this setting is also available in SageTV client; but not on the extender. Can this be done?
Actually, there is something even better then setting the color of these bars. I recently noticed on some Euronews broadcasts that they are dynamically changing these side bars in a way that they have some shaded, blurred reflection of the main 4:3 picture. Sometimes you do not even notice that the picture is 4:3; it looks very natural. Here is one example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66bZQMZA4n0
