EPG for Mediacom in Cedar Rapids Iowa

Hello,

I was looking at the users manual for the SageTV Media center and it said that the source for the EPG is Zap2it. My cable provider(Mediacom in Cedar Rapids Iowa) does not have a listing for the Clear Qam channels. So What is going to happen if I get SageTV Media Center? How will I get a EPG?
