Missing Metadata for Movies

I have a large movie collection and I find myself having to manually search for metadata via the web interface. Unfortunately, when I click on the "Missing Metadata" tab, I get "media files" that are both movies and tv recordings.

Is there anyway to show missing metadata for just movie files (i.e. imported videos)?

Probably the easiest way is to use the Home Movies configuration and add the folders that you don't want scanned by bmt there. (Configure -> Phoenix -> Home Movies)

Or, you can use an exclude regular expression (if you are familiar with regular expressions, or are willing to learn) and exclude one or folders based on an expression. (Configure -> Phoenix -> Fanart/Metadata Options -> Exclude Pattern)

You can also add a custom VFS entry in BMT....

Tried this, and it did not work. To exclude a directory, I just put the directory in like:
"G:\Show1"
or
"G:\Show1\"
or
"G:\Show1\*"
or
????

The easiest way is to navigate to the folder using windows explorer then copy and paste that path into the field.

G:\Show1\ should work.
