Routine PC shutdown and restart, now all scheduled recordings gone!

Just as the title says, everything was working fine, but I did a routine shutdown and restart, and now all my scheduled recordings are AWOL, what gives? This is now the second time that after a routine shutdown and restart that this has done this and it's a royal pain in the ***! to put this info back in.

Running WinXP Pro, with 2 silicon dust tuners and version 7 Sage

How are you running Sage? As a service or just as an application? When the PC starts is it logging in as the same or a different user than when you ran Sage? I'm guessing you a relative newcomer to Sage? How do you know your scheduled recordings are gone? Are you sure they just not scheduled farther out than you intended?

Been running sage for years with no problems. PC logs in as admin, no other users and starts sage as a application. If you go to the TV tab under recording schedule, it shows no recordings scheduled.

Maybe your wiz.bin got corrupted. Look to see if you have backup somewhere or check to see if the autobackup of the wiz.bin is significantly older and try using that.

Luckily I use WIndows Home Server. I copied the backup of the SageTV programs folder from a day earlier, and the problem is fixed...but what the heck happened?

I submitted a support request with Sage to try to figure it out.

Check your guide data to make sure your still receiving it as I think that would cause the problem your having. If your still getting guide data at least you know that is not the problem.

Guide data was good - fully loaded.

In the guide, manual recordings showed a CONFLICT icon, even though there were no conflicts reported, and live TV still worked fine, so the tuners were still alive and active.
