CPU usage triggered auto shutdown/restart/suspend/hibernate/loggoff

I use my main workstation to process comskips usually at night after the evening's recordings. (via Cayars) Problem was I preferred not to have to leave the workstation on all night wasting power. Don't really like the way WinXP handles hibernate etc, too flakey too often for me. I'm using a little freeware utility call AMP WinOFF. Works great. Can have it shutdown or restart or loggoff or suspend or hibernate or lock computer based on time countdown, or specific time or date OR based on CPU usage which is what I am using to auto shutdown after comskips processed. Just thought I'd mention it.
