Sagetv_v7_0_23 Installation problem

Trying to install Sagetv_v7 to Dell XPS8100,OS-MS Windows 7 Home Premium Ver x64_based. Sagetv came up and ran but System info had Op sys as XP 5.1. Uninstalled Sagetv. When I try to reinstall I get this message. "SageTV_V7_0_23Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

It could be a Window's security issue. Where is the location of the .exe file? If it's on a remote drive, try this:

Right click on the file and choose Properties.
Under the General tab, see if there's a button marked "Unblock".
If so, click on it and try installing again.

I Have removed all SageTV programs and Hauppauge files and started over. First Hauppauge WinTV v7.2 disc. Second: Installed SageTV v7.0.23. Updated the STV to Setver 2011011701. It appears to work properly. After all loaded and configured I get the following info in SageTV Setup System information:
Software Version: SageTV v7.0.23.246
Java Version: 1.6.0-18
Operating Sys: Windows Vista 6.0
Question: Why is it reading Operating System Vista 6.0.? Shouldn't it read Windows ver 7?
