Blank Screen on My Movies

Okay, I installed both the "general" and the "UI" SMM plugins. Both are enabled. "My Movies" shows up under "Videos". However, when I go to any view in My Movies, all I get is a blank screen.

I read Damian's walkthrough of the setup, and he mentions that if this happens, to try deleting this file: \FileStorage\SageTV\DataFiles folder and is called “mymoviestest.data”. I checked the directory, and the only file in there is "MyMoviesDataBetaV1.21.data", it is 1 KB in size. I tried deleting it, but that did not help. I also did a search for "mymoviestest", but it was nowhere on my computer.

Also, when I installed the SMM plugins, Sage did not cache any images. It just asked to restart, which I did.

I am running My Movies 3.18

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I need some logs please see the sticky on what I need and send them to me. Your datafile should be larger so it is erroring out there.

You do have movies in you collection manager correct?

Hi. Thanks for the post.

Yes, I do have movies in the system. I selected the directory when I set up My Movies.

When I get home tonight I will post my logs.

Thanks.

Got it Working

It's working now. When I got home, I restarted the computer and all my movies are now there. When I turn on my HD300, it connects to the server and goes straight to my movies.

I do notice that the resolution of the DVD covers seems low on the TV. Is there a way to improve that?

hd300 running the latest beta firmware enables 1280x720 look below some threads about what to do to make it look better on it.
