no. when i ask for wall view, there is nothing on the screen (just background). when i press up/down/left/right, I get some unreadable white lettering (like the menu came up but I can't see anything). I can press left a couple of times and it goes back to the sage menu.

That is a theme issue.....Send me your properties folder zipped up from the mymovies share.

Yeah those look okay...The only other time I have seen that issue is on a java overload. Is your heap or ram being maxed out?

no, i don't believe. i've got 512 set and high is around 300'ish
used/total/max = 251/377/519 |

do you have a lot of stv updates pending? i remember this happening to me once on my extender and it was because i had a really old stv i think.

Could you try rebuilding your datafile for me and wait and see if the mymovies logo goes away? Shouldn't take more than about 5 to 10 minutes max.

this was working before I did the last update (last weekend). then everything went to pot.....
after the problem last weekend, i updated mymovies to latest beta, but still same problem. I get the same view (problem) on my extender as well (if that helps) |

go into the sagemymovies api and hit configure and at the bottom you will see the option to rebuild it.

ok, it's running now....
I'll let it go for a bit....note that the icon at the top of the screen has always been on (since last week when I updated).....that tells me something is screwy... |

it's been going for 20 minutes (or so) and still has the green clap board on the top of the screen....
I'm willling to let it go (nothing else I can do), but seems to be stuck |

OK, here's the sage log and the mymovies log after a restart, immediately go to rebuild database, let it run for a bit, then exit sage

where might I find all mymovie files for sage so I can delete. Maybe I can do that so that things will start over fresh....
I see (trying to read the white text) something about santa clause 3. Then I see something in the logs with that same name. Maybe there's a corrupt file somewhere (jpg or something). |

ok, i just did what you recommended. I now get a SageMyMovies API "failed" in the installed plugins.
Suggestions? Attached is the sage log file |
