Digital channels not recording right
I noticed last week that when my favorites recorded a show it did not record the right show. To night when the show came on again I noticed my hdpvr light came on and was recording. After further investigation when I try to record a local OTA channel it will not record on my OTA tuners, it want's to go to the hdpvr and record the dishnetwork local OTA channel of which I don't subscribe to. So when I go into my hdpvr dish channel line up and deselect channell 15.1 and 21.1 and then go into my hdhome run tuner setup and check 15.1 and 21.1 plus the other 8 OTA channels and save the line up. I cannot get 15.1 and 21.1 to show up in the guide. But what does show up in the guide is the satellite numbers of 5260 and 5261 with the right info on them. I have rebooted a couple of times and I have forced a EPG update also. I have also scanned the channells in the channel setup window and it appears to find them as I can preview both of these channels. ANyone have any ideas ?
Thanks Wayne

Got it figured out. I was disabling the local channels at the beginning of the channel set up in the dish satellite channel setup. I thought that was where I had to disable the locals at, But I also found out that I had to go down in the channel setup to the actual 5260 and 5261 and disable them there even thou I was seeing them numbers in the first part of the channel setup window and thought that was disabling them. Evidently something in the EPG changed in the way it recognizes the channel numbers. Because the first channel to disappear was fox 55 a few weeks ago and I could not figure that one out and filed a support ticket and then last night 2 more disappeared all on their own. All is fine now and the WAF is better to.
