Is my HD200 Dead?

I have been using my HD200 for over a year now and I really like it.

Yesterday when I tried to start the extender it would not accept the "on" command from the remote. I had to unplug the extender for a minute and then when I plugged it back in it started, showed the black screen with the SageTV logo and then my TV showed "no signal" and that was it. The extender did not try to find my server or load its default interface, nothing. It will accept the "off" command from the remote but still no "on".

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a fix or a hard reset? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

Chris

There is a hard reset.

From your HD200 manual:
"Configuration Reset Procedure
If none of the other troubleshooting suggestions have solved the problem, then you can try this
Configuration Reset Procedure:
1. Turn the player off by unplugging the power cable.
2. Press the Delete button on the remote and continue holding it as you plug the power cable
back in. Continue holding the Delete button until the Active light blinks twice.
3. Note that you may need to use the Video Out button on the remote to change the video
output resolution.
4. After the reset procedure, check the above troubleshooting tips again."

Thanks to Chrishallowell for the steps, that did the trick. I also updated my firmware while I was at it and it seems to load faster now.

Thanks again for taking the time to help.
