One channel dead

Tonight I sat down to watch Enterprise on Channel 3 (my local UPN station) and was flabbergasted at the picture quality. Now, if anyone has read my posts up until this point, they would think.. is this guy ever gonna shut up about picture quality... but I this is like way different. If I change channels to a different station, it looks fine... but back on 3, it's like super heavy grainy. I can't think of a very good way to describe it other than it looks like it's out of tune. Okay, now here's the wierd part, I haven't changed a thing since this weekend and I watched a show yesterday on the very same channel. Want more? You got it.. I thought it might be the PVR-250, so I closed SAGE and opened WINTV. It works and looks perfectly. Am I going nuts?

I forgot to mention that the channel in question has no sound either. Ideas?
