Some shows skip fast forward when playing

Been a user of Sage for a couple of years now, with the same HDPVR for the majority of it.

With Sage 7, I've been having a very strange problem. Various recordings, when played, have played as if I were holding the skip button down on the remote. The whole show is there, but the timeline is completely haywire, and pressing rewind or whatnot buttons on the remote simply results in playing that is in no way related to the timeline (and it's still in this fast forward mode).

Any thoughts?

I have been noticing similar issues...and narrowed mine down to a specific OTA channel. All my viewing is on extenders.

Basically the timeline gets all messed up, and hitting the fastforward button (the 2.5 minute) tries to fast skip ahead...as the timeline shows a 2.5min advance for a split second, then it returns to the original location on the timeline.

If you try to just watch the show without advancing, it will just jump to the end eventually and not let you view the remainder.

Here is what I have figured out so far:
1) happens on one specific OTA channel
2) noticed on several occasions the picture "pixilates" for a second and the sound is gone...right before the timeline goes haywire
3) the mpg file plays just fine on the PC using VLC
4) all my extenders exhibit the same behaviour for this.

Wonder if our issues are caused by the same root issue.

I've been seeing this on V7 also. I have three 2250's and it does happen to them most often but I have seen in on my 1800 QAM. Seems no rhyme or reason to where or when.

Has anyone opened a ticket with support - I have not...

No. I have not seen this in any of the betas. HD200s and HD100 and PC clients. Currently on 7.0.15.
