Issues with tuner setup

Hi I am trying out SageTV V7

Well, I cant get it to work - on winXp32. When I try to setup my tuner (Hauppauge WinTV Nova HD S2), SageTV crashes/disappears. After that the tuner becomes unusable/nonexistant until I restart. I am checking with DVBviewer - no problems there (after the restart).
Actually in the Taskmanager, SageTV shows two threads one with about 3 Megs Mem usage and one with 200 Megs The one with 3 megs I can kill, the other not. Restarting Sage doesnt work either (after the Key input screen it disappears)

Actually right after I installed sage V7 I was actually able to scan for channels but after restarting I coulndt tune them. BTW, all HD channels using DVB-S2 were missing.....again.

I also hoped channel management would be improved, but it seems to be the same mess as before. Now its even worse, radio and TV channels are mixed in the same lineup and there is no seperate way in the (main) menu to choose radio. Also unlike DVB viewer, where channels are by default sorted by provider, seperated into radio and TV channels and actually have names, in SageTV most channels just have some cryptical number sequence.
Skip encrypted channels also doesnt seem to work - as before.

I guess it back to V6.6 and all of its issues...

Problem solved (partially)

After reinstalling sage I was able to scan und tune channels.

However, there still is no way to tell if a channel is TV or Radio.

So for the final V7 I would like to see a seperation of TV and radio. It would be nice if it was possible to have some thing like a favourites list (one each for TV and Radio) which is actually used for EPG , Live TV etc. The favourites list should have an easy sort feature like move channel up and down.

As it is right now I have to go through 1500 channels to find the 30 or so relevant ones and then sort them with this tedious remapping feature.
