Hauppauge 1950: Anybody Using w/WHS?

Just bought one of these things and the installer is throwing "Access violation at address 02090000. Write of address..."

Called Hauppauge support and they gave a really short answer: "We don't support WHS.".

I managed to get something going by clicking My Computer | Manage | Device Manager | Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1950.... | Update Driver - wherein it seemed to go to the install disc and copy something called hcw730cir.dll.

But Sage doesn't seem tb seeing it and the app I really want to use it with (OrbLive) is throwing "TV Control Input: This device is in use or not supported. Device: //TV.channel.atsc/#/31/31/1".

OrbLive aside, is anybody getting Sage to recognize/use one of these things?
