SageTV Recordings: Missing Episodes?

I just noticed that I have 40+ episodes of Nova in my "Recorded TV" directory - going back to March of last year.

But in Sage's "Recordings" screen only 16 episodes show up.

I can think of a few possibilities - but don't think any of them apply.

Is there a common reason for a situation like this?

Any way to get the missing files back in "SageTV Recordings"?

Or do I have to move them to my "Videos" directory?


All of which begs another question: Is there any way to work around the Sage UI's confusing distinction between "Recordings", "Movies", "Media Center", and "Videos"?

An innocent user looking for a recorded movie doesn't know where to go.

Seems like anything that involves pictures that move sb visible/searchable under some common category.

You haven't marked as watched or archived? Archived show only show in the ALL or Archived. I do that, when I record a series, but don't have time to watch them, and don't want my Recorded shows cluttered.


As for the other, can't help.
