HD PVR doing nothing though hooked up correctly

My Hauppauge HD PVR is hooked up correctly with component cables in the "in" for ym xbox and "out" to the TV. Plugged in my comp with the USB. I have updated the drivers to the latest drivers 1.5.6.1. I open TME and have xbox 360 selected as well as the upper right drop downs according to the manual. I turn the HD PVR on and then the xbox 360. Once I do this my LG HD TV has another selection available on the input select screen the says component 1 so I select it. It just says "no signal" on the screen, but i can hear the 360 boot up screen playing. I check all my inputs and out put on the green/blue/red cables and still no picture on the comp or the TV

Im stumped... any suggestions?

Thanks!!!

I'm not following what you are doing with the Xbox 360 gaming unit. Are you using the Xbox 360 in place of a media extender?

I have my HD cable box connected to the HD-PVR with the 3 line component video and L/R audio. The HD-PVR is connected to the computer with a USB connector.

The 1.0.5.301 driver is more stable than the newest driver. There are many other things that can be done with the HD-PVR to make it more stable.

The best way to setup a SageTV system is with a 'headless' computer and HD-200 media extenders, one for each TV.

So you are getting sound, but no picture?

Does the Xbox work hooked up to the TV directly using component cables? (ie it isn't a output setting that needs to be corrected on the Xbox)

Are you using analog sound or digital?
