Very Low Audio on ATSC Shows Under Win 7

Very Low Audio on ATSC Shows Under Win 7

What would cause ATSC shows to have extremely low volume under Win 7? HD-PVR is a degree better, but still pretty low. I have no clue what go changed. Volume used to be plenty loud. I can hear other sources just fine. I am using my Sage on a PC with a standard HD Audio Device; no HDMI or anything.

I'm also getting Sage Transcoder has stopped working errors.
