No Cable TV audio / ATSC audio works fiine
Something strange has happened lately. I have a Hauppauge-1600 dual analogue Cable / ATSC tuner card. All was workgin fine. The card produces audio with both Cable and ATSC broadcasts because i tried it with WinTV. However, Using SageTV to tune live TV using the HD1000 extender (or the software sagetv), I get no audio on the Cable stations. I do get audio with the OTA digital broadcasts. Also, when i record a cable TV show, no audio is captured in the mpg file. I tried playing the recording back using various players on different computers but no sound. The GSPOT codec viewer does show that the mpg file was encoded with audio but there isn't any there.
Any ideas?
